Hula Girl

Alice is changing so much - so fast. She is sitting up on her own (almost) and is loving when we stand her up and "dance". She like to do the hula. :)
After getting yet another ear infection, the ENT has decided that it is time to get tubes. Alice is scheduled for that next week. I am a little relieved but nervous. So many people have told me that it is a super fast and very routine surgery but who can really be OK with their kid having surgery - however minor it is.
Easter was a very quiet day for us - Alice did not do a very good job finding her eggs at all. :) I am sure she will do a better job next year! One big thing that we did this weekend was lowering the crib mattress. Alice is a little wiggle worm in her crib and pack and play and since she has started to sit on her own, we are sure that standing is not too far off. A few times, I have come into her room to find her face pressed up against the rails with the bumper pad pulled down. What a cutie!
