Just got back from the doctor. No progress.
She has slipped down enough for her head to be felt and I am getting Braxton Hicks contractions but they are few and far between. The doc did say that even though there is nothing happening right now, it did not mean that I won't go into labor soon. He said that sometimes an exam could be done in the morning and the baby arrives that night.
We were also told that he would not let me go more than a week past my due date. So that means that she will be here one way or another by 10/15. That is a bit of a bummer considering that my mom is scheduled to arrive on 10/9. Oh well...Alice has her own agenda.
Feeling very blah today. Getting very incomfortable and drained. Would love nothing more than to be in the hammock in the sunshine. The heat has broken down here and it is about 75 and breezy today. Perfect weather for my taste.
Will try to post again as soon as something else happens (or doesn't happen).
